Shipping policy

We order your product from our supplier after your purchase, then receive and prepare it in our store before dispatching it to you.

For orders to mainland France, dispatch generally takes place within 2 working days. This includes procurement and preparation before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

For these timeframes, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in mainland France. For an order placed and paid before 16:00 (Paris time) on a working day, that day is the reference day. For an order placed or paid from 16:00 onwards, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, processing starts on the next working day.

Transport time is additional to preparation time:

• Standard delivery: €4.90; estimated transport time of 48 hours after dispatch.
• Express delivery: €9.90; estimated transport time of 24 hours after dispatch.

Transport times are estimates and depend on the carrier's operations, particularly at weekends and on public holidays. Available options and their prices are shown before you confirm your order.

Delivery to a GSMCLINIQUE store in Antibes, Pau or Lescar is also possible when offered at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is available before visiting.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. If you encounter a problem or delay, contact monmobilemoinscher@gmail.com. Your statutory consumer rights in the event of delay or failure to deliver remain applicable. For carriers offered by MonMobileMoinsCher, we bear the risk of loss or damage until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
