Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Sales on www.monmobilemoinscher.fr are made by SARL GSMCONCEPT (GSMCLINIQUE stores), 4 avenue Guillabert, 06600 Antibes, France.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving a reason or paying a penalty.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision before this period ends, by a clear statement:

  • or using the withdrawal form below (optional).

2. Returning the product

The product must be sent back or dropped off within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal, complete with accessories, instructions and original packaging, using either of these options:

  • Free drop-off at one of our GSMCLINIQUE stores:
    • Antibes: 4 avenue Guillabert, 06600 Antibes
    • Pau: 8 rue Samonzet, 64000 Pau
    • Lescar: rue de Rebeque, 64230 Lescar
  • Return by parcel to GSMCONCEPT – GSMCLINIQUE, 4 avenue Guillabert, 06600 Antibes, France. Return postage is at your expense unless the product is defective or does not match your order. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

You may unpack and try the phone as you would in a shop. If the device has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning (scratches, signs of use, missing parts), the refund may be reduced by the corresponding loss in value.

Important: before returning a device, disconnect your accounts (Apple ID / Find My, Google or Samsung account), remove your SIM card and erase your data. A device still locked to an account cannot be refunded until it has been unlocked.

2 bis. Exchanges if you change your mind

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, by contacting us beforehand. The product must be intact, complete and in its closed, unopened original packaging. Return postage is at your expense; you may also drop off the product free of charge at a GSMCLINIQUE store. Exchanges depend on the availability of the model requested.

These conditions apply only to our commercial exchange service for a change of mind. They do not limit your right of withdrawal and refund described above, or your statutory guarantees. For a defective or non-conforming product, the return arrangements and costs in section 4 apply.

3. Refunds

We refund all amounts paid, including the original delivery costs (based on the least expensive standard delivery method offered), within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you supply evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order, at no cost to you.

4. Defective or damaged product, or incorrect order

Check your parcel on receipt. If the product is damaged, defective or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. We then cover the return costs and arrange repair, exchange or refund, as applicable.

5. Statutory guarantees

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
