How pickup in Lescar works

  1. Add the smartphone you are interested in to your cart after checking that it is listed as available on its product page.
  2. At the delivery step, choose "Free in-store pickup, GSMCLINIQUE Lescar". Pickup is free.
  3. We order from our supplier, then prepare your phone. Delivery times are specified in our shipping policy.
  4. As soon as we confirm that the phone is available at the store, come and collect it with your order number. Please do not visit the store before this confirmation.

What you retain when choosing pickup

A phone collected in store is still a remote purchase: you benefit from the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity, and our return procedure, explained on the After-sales service, guarantees and returns page. All devices are new and have never been refurbished.
